What is your return policy?

Since all tutus are custom made, we cannot accept returns, nor give refunds. If your tutu came to you, and it's not what you ordered, we will gladly accept the return and send you a correct tutu. Since we take care in packaging all tutus in their boxes, they shouldn't arrive damaged, if for some reason they are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

All tutu dresses are final sale.

What payments do you accept?
I use Paypal for all my online transactions. Paypal accepts MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express and e-check. If you email a special order an invoice will be sent to you in your email from paypal.

Can I have a tutu custom made?
Yes! If you don't see what you have in mind, go to the "Make Your Own TuTu" page, or send me the idea you have for the tutu in my email. I will try my best to accommodate all requests.

How do I care for my tutu?
Your tutu may arrive wrinkled from being packed in a box and mailed to you. To de-wrinkle your tutu simply shake it, fluff it out or wear it. The wrinkles will fall out and you will have a perfect poofy tutu. You can also hang the tutu up and lightly steam it. If you live in a humid area, hang your tutu outside on a hot, humid day for a few minutes to allow the wrinkles to fall. If your tutu gets dirty, spot clean as necessary.

Do you make adult sizes?

Yes. If you see a costume or a tutu that you like and it does not come in your size, feel free to email ATF and let me know what you would like to order. If I can remake the item or items in your size I will need the following measurements- hips/chest/waist/dress size/length of tutu.

Can you custom order a dress or tutu that you have not made before?

Yes. I try my best to accomodate each and every clients needs. All you have to do is email me the details.

About my tutus

All my tutus are made of 100% premium nylon tulle in many different shades of colors. The tutus are made on a ribbon and tied in a bow that can be worn in the front or back. To adjust to size of your tutu, simply scrunch or spread your tulle around for the perfect desired size. If you would rather have an elsatic band, please specify when you are checking out your order. Now available are custom clothing tags inside each tutu with Abby's TuTu Factory's name.

Shipping

All packages ship usps priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you would like to have insurance please specify when ordering. Once packages are shipped out Abby's TuTu Factory is no longer responsible for lost, stolen or damages.

Adult Supervision

Please be advised that all products from Abby's TuTu Factory need to be worn with adult supervision at all time. Do not allow your children to wear the tutus while sleeping.

Extra Colors

In the design your own tutu section you can have a choice of 4 colors for your tutu. If you would like to add more than 4 colors to your tutu please email me your tutu length, size, and tutu colors and I will send you an invoice for your tutu. Additional colors are an extra $5

I dont carry your size?

In the chidrens tutu sections, if I do not carry your size then head on over to the adult tutus. If you are an adult and you are needing a larger size than what I have available to choose from then email me your waist measurements, tutu length and colors and I will send you the invoice for your tutu. For adults only, if you need a larger size than what I have listed it is an Additional $5.

How long will my order take to complete?

Please allow 5 to 10 business days to complete your order. During the busy halloween and christmas season please allow two to three weeks to complete your order before shipping.
